Step one: WHAT’S YOUR MAIN MISSION

Understanding the direction of your organisation growth. This will help you identify your goals and directions to take the sponsorship projects that you will be running. How would you know this, your question? Try looking at previous data that may help you see any patterns of what worked well and what didn’t, this will help you analyse which task or process to take for a higher chance of achieving your sponsorship goals as you won’t be going back to doing what didn’t work well. The way forward to seeing a better result with your projects is to look at the previous result and analyse the data.

 

Step two: OBJECTIVE

Since you may be an organisation that has sponsorship as one of your main form of marketing, you will be running many projects in a year.

After knowing what your mission is so your organisation can grow with sponsorship – you will need to set the objective for each of your projects. An objective is there to ensure that every project that you run have a higher chance of reaching your target because you know your mission, you know what to do (objective), and you know the steps to take (set goals). An objective is there to help you understand what you need to be doing in order to reach your overall main goal for growth.

Side note: Ensure that everyone working on the project is aware of the mission and the objective – no matter what they do, it can lead to the same purpose.

 

Step three: SET TASKS

Since you’ve learnt your mission and objective, a task shouldn’t be too hard for you to figure out. They should just be lists of things that you and your team have to do in order for you to meet your objective. Towards the end, no matter what you do, you will meet your goal and grow rapidly.

 

Step four: HAVE A WORKFLOW

You may know the mission, know the objective, and have the tasks ready to get started but it still doesn’t mean that everything will run smoothly.

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly, you can organise your tasks step by step, knowing and understanding the process of what you should be expecting next. This way, if things don’t go as planned you’re able to see the issue earlier in the stage and have time to solve any issues that may occur. On the plus side – you’ll have everything running smoothly and you just have a good result waiting for you to grab!
