Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Marketing Team: Hi Sorayya, what is your role within Optimy?
Sorayya Mokrane: I’m a Customer Experience Specialist, mainly responsible for supporting and guiding our clients throughout their use of the Solution. In short: I am here to make everyone happy!
MT: Why did you decide to join Optimy?
Sorayya Mokrane: I was looking for a job that would allow me to use my language skills – I speak 3 different languages – but I also wanted to be in contact with people from all over the world. And luckily for me, I found the perfect position to combine all of these things at Optimy!
MT: How did you experience the growth of Optimy?
SM: Let me just throw in some numbers: in January 2015, when I first got here, we were only 15 people. Today, our team already counts 35 and we are still growing further every month! I have to say that it’s a great feeling to witness the growth of the company. And it feels even better to know that I have actually been a part of it!
MT: What do you value most about your experience at Optimy?
SM: I only have to say one word: Trust! We are given responsibility for tasks we’ve never done before. We are continuously encouraged to propose new ideas and take the lead on our own projects. I feel like I am part of something big – of a great project and a great team.
