Dubai Duty Free has a new sponsorship deal with The Irish Open bags

The Irish Open bags celebrates the new sponsorship deal with Dubai Duty Free. Dubai Duty Free will be the title sponsor of the event until 2022. The event was first sponsored by Dubai Duty Free three years ago.

Since then, the funding has increase in amount from €2.5 million to a record of $7 million last year.

New Orleans PGA event will be sponsored Zurich Insurance until 2026

Zurich Insurance is extending its sponsorship with New Orleans PGA event until 2026. The extension begins after next year’s Zurich Classic.

Zurich Insurance began its sponsorship of the event in 2005. The PGA Tour commissioner described this as “extraordinary” for Zurich Insurance to remain as a sponsor for more than 20 years.

Hyundai as sponsor of Chelsea

Chelsea and secured themselves a 5-year sponsorship shirt deal with Hyundai, continuing with their theme of automotive-related sponsorships.

The deal would be the first major sponsorship agreement. Chelsea’s contract with Hyundai is apparently worth double the annual amount of Manchester City Sleeve sponsorship with Nexen Tire.

Sunweb secured an indefinite sponsorship agreement

A German registered team will be indefinitely sponsored by Sunweb as a lead sponsor. The deal was originally from 2017 -2019, however, once that deal ends, the indefinite deal will be taking over.

“We keep shaping our future with our new Sunweb agreement and that’s a big compliment to the team, which I am extremely proud of,” said Team Sunweb CEO Iwan Spekenbrink.
